ANDREW AND HIS FULL BAND TO PERFORM HIS
I GET WET ALBUM, IN ITS ENTIRETY, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER

Andrew W.K.

Andrew W.K., rock & roll’s reigning king of partying, has announced a tour celebrating his debut album’s 10th anniversary.

When his I Get Wet album first exploded onto an unsuspecting public one decade ago, it quickly polarized audiences with an intense sound and even more intense front man. Ten years later, Andrew has decided to do put on a special show in honor of his origins. The band will perform every song from his groundbreaking release, in album order, every night of the tour, including appearances at the Austin, Texas, South By Southwest Festival in March. Tour dates are listed below.

Pre-sale tickets for the upcoming tour are available as of Friday, January 20th, 2012, at 10am ET only on www.AndrewWK.com. Tickets go on sale to the general public on the morning of Friday, January 27th, 2012.

    HOWLIN RAIN HITS THE ROAD

PROMOTING NEW ALBUM THE RUSSIAN WILDS

    Howlin Rain

San Francisco Bay Area-based power quintet Howlin Rain will be heading out on tour this February in support of their third full-length album The Russian Wilds.

The Russian Wilds, due out February 14 on American Recordings, passionately protests the popular notion that heroic rock music is a thing of golden ages passed. Formed by bandleader-singer-guitarist Ethan Miller in 2004, as a melodic off shoot of blazing new-psych innovators Comets On Fire, Howlin Rain caught the attention of uber-producer Rick Rubin, who signed them to his American Recordings label. Rubin has since involved himself deeply with the band’s subsequent musical evolution, including producing The Russian Wilds.

Along with Miller, Howlin Rain is: Raj Ojha (drums, percussion), Cyrus Comiskey (bass), Joel Robinow (keyboards, guitar, vocals) and Isaiah Mitchell (guitar, vocals).

Listen to the lead off track “Phantom In The Valley” here.
