HBO’s Treme Soundtrack Out 9/28

A digital release date and a tracklisting has been unveiled for the soundtrack to the first season of
the NOLA-based HBO show Treme.
Treme: Music From The HBO Original Series, Season 1 will have a digital release on
September 28, with a physical
CD release is expected later in the fall. The soundtrack features
Trombone Shorty, Rebirth Brass Band, Dr. John, and others. Check out the

Come Around Sundown

RCA Records is excited to announce that “Radioactive” will be the first single from Kings of Leon‘s new album,
Come Around Sundown. It is set to impact radio on September 13, with the video premiering on
kingsofleon.com and Vevo the week before (September
8).

Come Around Sundown will be released on October 19, but available for pre-order via iTunes starting
September 14. Fans who pre-order the record will receive “Radioactive” immediately as a free download. The album
will be available in two configurations – standard as well as a deluxe version that will include bonus tracks.

Silver Pony, the stunning new album from multiple Grammy Award-winning jazz-pop chanteuse
Cassandra Wilson, will be
released by EMI’s Blue Note Records on November 9. Wilson, whose remarkable, husky-tinged vibrato has created a
trademark sound for her as an artist, will be touring worldwide in support of the release which features special
guests saxophonist Ravi Coltrane
(Silver Moon) and R&B singer-songwriter John Legend (Watch The Sunrise).

Silver Pony was produced by Cassandra Wilson and John Fischbach (owner of Piety Street Recording Studios)
and features Cassandra on vocals and synthesizer, Marvin Sewell on electric guitar, Jonathan
Batiste
on piano, Reginald Veal on electric bass, Herlin Riley on drums, and Lekan
Babalola
on percussion. Ravi Coltrane adds saxophone on Silver Moon and Watch The Sunrise features both
vocals and piano by John Legend.
