JACK WHITE TO HIT THE ROAD WITH ALABAMA SHAKES

Jack White has added a batch of May tour dates in support of his solo debut Blunderbuss. Athens, AL soul rockers Alabama Shakes will support a number of dates.

On Wednesday, March 21 a limited amount of tickets for all dates will be available for pre-sale to Vault members starting at 9 am local time and if stock permits, pre-sale tickets for European dates only will then be available to the general public starting at 1 pm local time here.

Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, March 23 at 9 am local time in Europe and 10 am PT/12 pm CT/1 pm ET for the US dates.

    NEW ALBUM DROPS MAY 29th, MAJOR TOUR STARTS MAY 4th

    Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros announced yesterday their self-produced, second studio album will be titled Here and would be released by Community Music / Vagrant Records on May 29, 2012. After an early session in Bogalusa, LA, the band has been putting the finishing touches on the album in Ojai, CA.

    Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros will launch a nationwide tour starting in Los Angeles, CA headlining the iconic Greek Theatre to kick off its 2012 Season on May 4th. The following night the band will headline Santa Barbara’s Santa Barbara Bowl for the first time. The tour will cross the country and include a headlining performance at the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN and a stop in Canada before it winds down on June 1st at the Wakarusa Festival in Ozark, AR. Fan presales for these dates will start Wednesday, March 7th at 10:00 AM local time here. Public on sales for these shows will begin on March 9th and 10th at 10:00 AM or 12:00 PM local time, depending on the market.
