Reptar is a music band from Athens, Georgia comprised of Andrew McFarland, Ryan Engelberger, William Kennedy, and Graham Patrick Ulicny who all lovingly recorded their debut EP, Oblangle Fizz Y’all (Vagrant Records) in early 2011. Reptar supports their debut with extensive touring plans for the new year.

2011 has been a banner year for Cass McCombs with the release of not one, but two critically lauded LPs, Wit’s End and Humor Risk. Carrying that momentum into 2012, Cass will tour North America, his most extensive tour yet, throughout January and February and hop over the pond for UK dates in March.

DECEMBER 10 AT KUNG FU NECKTIE IN PHILADELPHIA, PA;
BAND TO PERFORM THE KING IN YELLOW IN ITS ENTIRETY

The Dead Milkmen have announced a special holiday show at The Kung Fu Necktie to take place on December 10. The band will be in full force in their hometown of Philadelphia, PA and will be playing The King In Yellow their new 17 track full-length in its entirety with limited commercial interruptions. Tickets will be available for $15 here and all ticket holders will get a free download card for the new album.
Following the band’s 1995 album, Stoney’s Extra Stout, The King In Yellow marks the band’s newest release in 16 years.
Original members, Rodney Anonymous, Joe Jack Talcum, Dean Clean along with new bassist Dan Stevens put the finishing touches on the album in February 2011 with Brian McTear (Mixing) at Miner Street Studios.
