APRIL 30 AND MAY 1 2011 AT EMPIRE POLO CLUB IN INDIO, CALIFORNIA

Goldenvoice has confirmed Saturday, April 30 and Sunday, May 1, 2011 as the dates for next year’s Stagecoach:
California’s Country Music Festival. The fifth annual critically acclaimed event–which features an impressive
array of artists from the genres of mainstream country, bluegrass, folk, roots rock and alt-country–will again take
place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA.

Details on the 2011 Stagecoach line-up and information on ticket sales will
be announced later this year, but concert-goers can again expect a variety of activities, including a leading BBQ
competition with participants offering tastes from across the country and a camping area which has grown into one of
the largest annual gatherings of RV and tent camping in Southern California. For the most up-to-date information,

Legendary rockers Bad
Company are set to hit the road this summer. The upcoming North American tour starts in Indio, Calif.,
at Fantasy Springs Casino July 16. The tour will also hit Boston, Atlanta, Milwaukee and Tulsa, while also hitting
Ontario towns Rama and Port Dover in Canada.

The band, comprised of former Free members Paul Rodgers and drummer Simon Kirke with Mott the Hoople guitarist Mick
Ralphs (bassist Boz Burell, also of King Crimson, passed away in 2006), recently completed a set of U.K. dates which culminated
in a sold
out show at Wembley
Stadium.

Bad Company has partnered with Abbey Road Live to record and sell live concert CDs onsite at each venue
throughout the tour.

Phish 3D in Theaters April 30th

Phish 3D, filmed at Festival 8 the bands three-day festival which took place on October 30th, 31st and November 1st at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California will be in theatres in 3D this April. The band performed 8 sets over the course of the weekend, including a special Acoustic Set on Sunday afternoon. Keeping the tradition of past Halloween shows, they donned a musical costume on Halloween night, covering The Rolling Stones album Exile On Main Street.
