TO PLAY 10TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Freaks, misfits, and outcasts come out and celebrate 10 years of Little Steven’s Underground Garage, Monday May 21 – Live at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square presented by Victory Motorcycles.

The shindig will feature live performances from Alejandro Escovedo & the Sensitive Boys, Jesse Malin & The St. Marks Social, Gary U.S. Bonds, Christian McNeill & Sea Monsters, and Palmyra Delran.

This is a Free event. If you and a guest would like to attend please email your full name / city and state to party@undergroundgarage.com for a chance to get on the guest list.

There is a very limited amount of seats for this event. Confirmation emails will be sent out this Monday. You must receive a confirmation email from the Underground Garage to attend the event.

SUMMER NORTH AMERICAN TOUR ANNOUNCED

Matisyahu has announced the details of his fourth studio album today–Spark Seeker, produced by Kool Kojak (Nicki Minaj, Travis Barker, Ke$ha) set for release on his own label, Fallen Sparks Records via Thirty Tigers/RED, on July 17, 2012. As one of America’s most successful touring artists, Matisyahu has also announced the first leg of an extensive Summer tour supporting the new release with co-headliners Dirty Heads.

    2012 NORTHSIDE FESTIVAL ADDS 100+ MORE BANDS TO LINEUP

    Now in its fourth year, the Northside Festival (June 14-21) is Brooklyn’s preeminent music and emerging culture festival, showcasing the next generation of artists, innovators and problem-solvers, all within the walkable radius of Williamsburg and Greenpoint.

    Northside Music, set for June 14-17, features more than 350 bandsincluding the ultimate summer evening for any self-proclaimed fan of indie rock with Jens Lekman, of Montreal, The Thermals and Beach Fossils performing an all-ages show at the new Williamsburg Park on Friday, June 15. Entry is free on a first-come, first-served basis for Northside badge-holders, though there is no guarantee of admission if badge capacity if filled. Individual tickets will be $33.50 (on sale Friday at noon here).
