OCTET TO RELEASE NEW STUDIO MATERIAL

    John Brown’s Body

Progressive reggae band John Brown’s Body will kick off a ten-date east coast tour on May 10 in Pawtucket, RI. The run concludes with four shows in Florida in late May and Early June.

JBB will be releasing new studio material later this spring. Here’s a quote from drummer Tommy Benedetti:

“We have a bunch of new music in the works… five dubs and an unreleased fan favorite are being mixed in Boston, by former JBB engineer Craig “Dub Fader” Welsch (10 Ft. Ganja Plant, State Radio, The Aggrolites). We’ve made serious progress on the new full length, seven new tracks are complete, we hope to have it out by late summer. It will be mixed by Matt Saccuccimorano, the man behind our 2002 Spirits All Around Us record. Until then, come celebrate with us on tour!”
